Not durable at all

Reasonable price and ergonomic chair at the time of purchase, but the plastic snapped on one side where the back and arm rests attach. This was within about three months of daily use. I am about 80kg and don't think I was asking too much of the chair aside from leaning back on it from time to time to put my feet up.
Impossible to assemble correctly

I have been trying to assemble my chair for an hour, and I jumped on the reviews to see if anyone else had any issues. Bittersweet to see I am not the only one. The brand replying 'its a lot easier to assemble once you watch the video' it is not. do not reply and tell me to watch the video, I have, it doesn't change the design. My chair is very obviously a return, because I could see before i started that there were scratch marks from someone trying, as I am, to get the arms to fit.
Good chair, painful setup

The chair is great, works as it should. The emotion and physical toll this chair had on me on the other hand is immeasurable. The arm attachment step took me an hour to complete and requires a lot of brute force. Although it is done, I don't think I will forget this experience.
