Ok chair, but terrible assembly

Never struggled with chair's assembly like that. Nothing fits properly, not aligned parts, broken threads, absolute nightmare compare to other chairs I had time to assembly.

Comfortable and contemporary looking office chair, slimline design that’s appealing to look at and sit in! Was not difficult to assemble as other reviews suggested.
Almost impossible to attach arms

Almost impossible to assemble. I would NOT recommend this chair due to the poorly designed way the arm rests attached to the back. The arms are extremely difficult to attach. It was a frustrating task, unsuccessfully attempted by several of our staff. Extra tools, (rubber mallet) brut force and a ton of patience are required. It is not as simple as the instructions (very vague) and video suggest. Once actually assembled the chair functions fine.
