Extremely difficult to put together. It is a shame as the materials are strong and fair quality, but the assembly method was stressful and the parts not able to be fitted together. I returned this product.

This is the worst piece of rubbish I’ve ever purchased. The arms of the chair do not fit into the lugs. The instruction video will not help, it’s a poor design. I’m surprised suppliers would even stock a product that is so poor. I’ll be returning this rubbish in hope of a refund

I'm everyone's go to man for assembling flat pack furniture and stuff but I'm stumped on assembling this . Like most of the previous reviews - attaching the arms of the chair to the back is unbelievably and unnecessarily difficult. I'm taking this back to Officeworks and if they can't bypass this step then I'll need a refund. I think this is a good chair once assembled as I've sat in it in the store but the assembly is at best a very difficult puzzle that I've run out of time for. Wish I read the reviews first but tend to trust Officeworks as I've never had a bad experience there before.
