A bitter sweet experience. Not too bad

Assembly was tricky, but it requires a bit of patience and some very detailed steps. The assembly instrution video on the product helped a great deal, so please follow the guide to the T. Once you get the two arms fixed, you will breeze through the others.
Nightmare to assemble

Purchased a week ago a night mare to assemble Did not line up to click in arms as per written and video instructions Had to get a authorised assembler Paid authorised assembler Had difficulty and that using a special tool and had to shave a portion off to get it to fit properly They were not very impressed by it either!!!
Dreadful Design of the arms

Agree with all 1* reviews. I had 6 chairs to assemble and never required to view a video to assemble an office chair. Pointless including a paper manual. The design is flawed, a mallet is required and once arms slotted in, the hole for screw is off line and screwing on an angle. Worse PAGO product to assemble.
