Broken during assembly based on video instructions

I brought this chair today and it’s impossible to assemble. I broke it during assembly based on the instructions video. Feeling terrible for selecting this product and regretting for not seeing reviews before purchasing. Please do not purchase this product.

Comfortable and really not that hard to assemble. I'd rather the joints on a chair to be a little tight than loose. It took me the advertised 15 mins to assemble. Easy as!
attaching arms a nightmare!

So hard to put the arms on this chair. Took two of us an hour ultimately using a hammer to get the arms on and even with the hammer it was hard. I'm usually able to do these things easily, very poor design when it didn't need to be!!
