Total nightmare to assemble. The arms to the back of the chair. Would not buy because of this.

I bought this for my daughter and we absolutely love it. I put it together without any issues and it only took a few mins. The Pago Ash chair is extremely comfortable and is adjusted easily to suit anyone using it. It’s lightweight and slides under/at her desk nicely as it’s not too bulky like other chairs.

What does 'value' mean to you? I purchased this chair because it was slightly more affordable than other options, but I didn't expect to be punished for my financial choices with a poorly designed, poorly explained, poorly manufactured product that simply does not work as intended. As every other review here will tell you, this chair cannot be correctly assembled. It is a faulty design whose components do not align as attended in order to be secured, and because it's now stuck half put together and I do not have access to means to return it, I am stuck with this piece of expensive abstract sculpture. Simply put, do not purchase. p.s. It is not helpful to include an Allen key in the box then recommend a hammer to make something work.
