My back says thanks. This chair is not only easily assembled, just push it together no Allan key required, but has saved me from the lower back pain I often experience whilst sitting. I’m short, so the 3 level ergonomic functions of this chair, back, seat, height, has allowed me to adjust the seat do my feet are flat on the ground. Allowing my sitting posture to be better, as I am using my legs, the biggest muscle group in our bodies, to support me. It has saved me from lower. back pain and it such a bargain at this price. It’s a life hack, no joke.

I've been using this chair for 8-10 hours per workday for two months now. I'm female, average height and weight. I have hip bursitis and I've been very glad that this chair does not aggravate my hip at all. The backrest is really comfortable in my lower back. I had to make minimal adjustments to the seat to get comfortable. I only have a slight problem with the gas lift in that I notice the chair lowers down slowly over a few days, then I have to pump it up again, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Everything's good but the seat is very wobbly. Not sure if this is intentional. Would be perfect if not.
