Bought the chair about two months ago and was really happy with it initially. Then I noticed that sometimes the height seemed to reset and I had to adjust it again. It's not the gradual lowering you get from a failing gas lift, it just sinks down all the way randomly every few days when I sit down, and seems to be getting worse as time goes on. It's really starting to get really annoying. The seat also won't come off the lift so I can't even replace the gas lift.

Got this chair few days ago and it is one of the comfortable chairs I've used. It is just as comfortable as the chairs which we have in our office. The various levers make it very easy to set-up the chair to a comfortable position. No problems at all using the chair for more than 8 hours per day. Excellent product and reasonably priced. The team at Pago international are also very prompt to responding to any customer queries.

Basic office chair for home. My physiotherapist recommended it as I have back pain and I work from home 3 days a week. I contacted Pago for support as my back was hurting and they gave me advice on how to adjust it and fix my posture which gave me great relief.
