I bought this chair almost 3 years ago. I had a problem with the gas lift recently. The team at Pago were extremely responsive, apologetic, and made things right so quickly. Can’t fault that service. The chair itself has been great. Super durable. Still looks brand new

Within a few months of purchasing this chair, the back rest lock could no longer support any weight. I am able to push the back resting into an almost laying down position with just my hand. From what I can guess it holds itself with spring loaded pressure and friction, and that system has failed.

The purchase was very simple and it arrived the next day. So easy to put together. I reckon it took 5 minutes. It’s very comfortable and right fit for me. The rollers are really smooth. It’s also easy to lift as I have a mobile desk so I cane take the chair too. The colour is so much better than the boring black ones. It’s a great chair.
