I work from home doing a lot of typing and clerical work, and can sit in my chair for up to 12 hours a day, so I need a good chair, and I was prepared to pay decent money for one. I sat in this chair for about half an hour instore and thought it would be good because it would force me to sit up straight. Unfortunately, after putting it together and sitting in it for a day and a half I suffered such severe back pain I was unable to even walk. I have had to give the chair to my daughter (who loves it) to use at her desk in her bedroom, because it's just not suitable for me. Having just wasted a significant sum of money on an unsatisfactory chair, I am now going to have to go out and spend several hundred dollars more on yet another chair. It would be good if I could find a business somewhere that will allow you to trial a chair at home for a week or so before purchase, because you really need to sit in a chair for longer than half an hour to gauge how it is going to feel. Once you've bought a chair, brought it home, put it together, thrown out the packaging, and sat in it for a few days, it's then a used chair so cannot be returned - and it's an expensive exercise continually buying chairs which are not suitable.

Took a punt on this one and so glad I did. Really comfortable and solid chair, it is a pleasure to sit on for hours whilst working from home. Really easy to assemble (literally a minute or 2 assembly time) and great value for money too. Could not be happier, thanks Pago and Officeworks.

Bought two of these and regret not spending a bit more to get something decent. They are made well enough, but the back moves, so it never really feels as though you are being supported. The lumbar support is non existent and you end up sliding your butt down the seat and just having the back pressing on your mid back. So you have no contact in the lower back area and the back part of the chair pushing on your mid back because the back part moves back and forth. A a waste of money
