I’ve had this a few weeks and am happy with it. It looked well made and it feels and performs as well made so think it will last a long time 👍

I bought this chair around May or June 2020 after starting to work from home, and my regular dining table chairs causing me back pain. I've found this chair to be fantastic value and to be comfortable for working from home all day long, 5 days a week. The supportive and adjustable back has enough adjustability to tailor the configuration to your own back. All the components are sturdy and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

I bought this chair a couple of years ago, and use it daily for for long periods in comfort. I started to get an occasional problem with the gas strut. When this increased in frequency, I contacted Pago by email (using their email in these comments). Although contacting them between Christmas and New Year, the chair was fixed in a couple of days - a rapid, efficient, personal service from Paul. There was absolutely no messing around - an acknowledged problem and an immediate solution. I am extremely impressed and unhesitatingly recommend this company's chairs.
