This chair was recommended to me by the manager of the West Ryde store and although she didn’t have this chair in stock, she referred me to the North Ryde store. I was looking at a more expensive chair but this one was recommended and I am so glad I purchased this brand / model. I was suffering from a sore back in my home office and this chair completely solved my problem. It was the most inexpensive chair with ‘seat tilt’ adjustment. I am 181cm tall and about 90kgs and this chair is a perfect fit for me. I can use it all day and feel great! It is well made and high quality. Highly recommend!

I was provided this chair by my workplace and has been great so far. I contacted Pago as the back kept adjusting when I leant on it, and Kai was very helpful in providing information regarding the mechanism - it doesnt move anymore! "The back works on a ratchet system. There are 7 ratchets (so you can set your back to 7 heights). Please push the back down towards the seat. Then lift slowly and you will hear the back clicking through the 7 ratchets (heights) . When you go past the 7th ratchet, the ratchet system disengages allowing you to push it down again to reset it. So as long as you don’t go past the 7th ratchet, the back will not slip down any longer. "

Back rest up down adjustment broken on first day.........why does office works carry nothing but office chairs which are pure junk
