I bought this a few years ago and I would not recommend it for anyone that is taller than 150cm/5ft. The back can only be adjusted from abyssmally low to block your lower back or high enough that it still doesn't give enough clearance to fit the curve of your back. The back only as an too easily resettable clicking adjustment that is just too low. Lots of back pain from this. I had no other choice but to use it as it was expensive.

Comfortable chair, I sit in it 5 days a week and it's the most comfortable chair I have used. Further, after several years of use by now, the gas cylinder failed. I contacted Pago to understand what part I needed to order as replacement and to my surprise they said they would send a replacement to me at no cost under warranty. Very impressed.

Have had this chair for 3 years and the gas strut or height adjustment is broken, it slowly goes down so I have to keep adjusting it all day. Annoying as you would expect a chair like this to last a lot longer.
