The Back locking system
Unfortunately, the back keeps dropping down, even though I lock it into position from the bottom up. I can usually only lock it into the first 3-4 spots, then at any given moment it will just drop back down, sometimes when I'm not even seated.
Firm cushioning, wide base, adjustable

I’ve had my chair for over a year now. The cushioning has lasted well and I can always adjust the angle of the back and height of the chair to suit. The wide base is a plus! However, the hydraulics aren’t functioning well anymore and the seat sometimes lowers itself.
