I want to start my review by saying I bought this chair yesterday and it was delivered today! Extremely happy with the fast delivery and assembling the chair was simple, didn't need the instructions. I've now been sitting in the chair for over an hour and I feel supported, cushioned and comfortable. My previous chair was below ordinary, so I'm beyond glad I upgraded! I sit and work for long hours each day, so the fact this chair covers 8+ hours was a must. I'm relatively tall at 175cm and would be nice if the back rest was a bit higher, but still quite supportive. Highly recommend!

The base comes wobbly, so you have to continually shift your weight. Very uncomfortable. The spring and button on adjustable arm rest are not attached properly. When trying to adjust arm rest, the spring will pop out. It is a small part and difficult to replace. Considering the price and advertised quality, this chair has been very dissapointing.

Product took two weeks to arrive. Unpackaged and found it to be fluro orange, ghastly! Certainly not the tan orange colour on the website or the box. As half assembled before removing plastic unable to take apart to return via courier. Nearest Officeworks Toowoomba a 3 hour trip, unable to make due to fires. Stuck with the most terrible chair, even the quality is bad, wobbles slightly from side to side at base.
