This Pago company clearly hasn’t got decent QA procedures in place. As so many other people have said, the arms don’t fit on. “No problem, I’ll just have a chair with no arms”. Not so fast buddy, the arms hold the back to the seat. You can’t just leave them off. I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get these arms on. I almost threw this thing off the balcony I was so frustrated (and I love assembling furniture). I had originally planned to buy a used office chair for a fraction of the price. I deeply regret buying this piece of junk. I should have read the reviews first.

hate wasting money so I’m glad that this chair delivered. It’s comfy, great price. Assembled it watching videos on their site. Overall, happy to leave a review. It’s pretty good!

Once assembled this chair seems great - the assembly however was a nightmare! Thanks to my local Officeworks manager (who also failed in his attempts to get the arms attached to the back of the chair I purchased) for swapping it for the assembled (and new) floor stock. Disappointing as Pago is a great brand but the quality in finish doesn't seem to be there in this model - understand it's price point however I expected better. Unless yo live close to your local store I don't recommend this model - spend a bit extra and go for the next model up that has the arms already attached!
