Good support but difficult to work the controls.

Chair itself has been great. Paid for installation but he didn't know how to work the controls. And it is not easy to raise and lower the chair. Instructions for all the leavers is confusing. Wheels are good - do not mark my floors. material easy to care for and good wearing.
