I bought this chair over a year ago and it has been quite comfortable to use. I had to change the gas cylinder after about 10 months and it was sent to me free. It was easy to replace and since then the chair has not had any problems.. It is quite comfortable for use over a few hours at a time (about 4 -5 hours) and provides good back support. Easy to keep clean with minimal fuss.

As I do a lot of work at home, this gets used a lot, and its build quality can't be faulted. It has lasted a long time, and the gas lift is still fine, it doesn't slowly sink like I've known some chairs to do.

As a smaller framed female, I was finding it exceedingly difficult to find a chair to suit my needs, until this gem! As soon as I sat in the display chair in store, it felt amazing, search over! Super simple to put together, LOVE the back support, comfortable to sit in all day, and when accompanied with my foot rest created the perfect ergonomics to help heal my hip bursitis. Give it a try!
