Really disappointed. The back rest won't stay up. Only had it for a month and it has been like it from day 1. Trying to put up with it, but the crippling back pain makes it hard. Returns say it has to be taken back to the store, with original packaging. In an office environment, obviously the box was thrown out immediately, and why should we have to return a faulty item that was delivered in the first place?

Doesn't matter who sits on these, heavy or lightweight, the gas lift leaks on both. You slowly sink to the floor and are constantly raising it back up. Have bought two replacement lifts as that was more convenient than returning two assembled chairs. Not happy
