Doesn't matter who sits on these, heavy or lightweight, the gas lift leaks on both. You slowly sink to the floor and are constantly raising it back up. Have bought two replacement lifts as that was more convenient than returning two assembled chairs. Not happy

I bought this last year.. it’s comfy nice features and colour

I got this chair as my colleague recommended it over other chairs. Chair was very comfortable for first few days but in couple of weeks, I started having left lower back pain. Not sure if any settings changed over time for some reason on it's own. I tried to get the same comfort back by doing more adjustments but no luck. I had to continue using this chair with the pain. Other issue is the chair keep making noise even if I move a bit and doesn't feel firm chair as it was at the start.
