Worst chair ever. After not much use, it gradually slides down to the lowest setting (doesn’t retain its set height). It’s not comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. Wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this chair over a year ago to replace my previous Pago chair. The gas lift started to run low, the Pago team provided excellent customer service to help me resolve this. If I ever need another office chair I will replace it with another Pago. I like that there are no arm rests and the seat is comfortable.

This desk chair was purchased early in the year and by all appearances it's held up well. The only disappointment is that it's very uncomfortable to sit for extended periods as the cushioning of the seat padding isn't enough against the harder support mat'l underneath. There's also no tilt to the seat pan so it feels like I'm sitting slightly angled downward and keep wanting to push up and back to right myself. Overall it's okay but if I would give pause to purchasing again and look for something that offers a bit more support and functionality.
