Sturdy and durable

I've been using the chair for a month now. It's used daily in the home office. It was really easy to put together and is very sturdy and durable. Excellent for the price!

Comfortable for long hours, encourages good posture. Adjustable height and backrest means it can be adapted to different heights and needs
Just bought the chair and it sinks.
unhappy sitter
I tried raising the chair but when I try sitting on it after getting out of it, it sinks. The chair will not maintain desired height. I'm not trying to lean back, but simply trying to sit. It is less than ideal but I'll be keeping it because I don't have a car and have to rent it to return the chair, and I have no faith that the replacement will be better. I wish they spent as much time testing these things rather than hiring someone to tell you to exchange it.
