I got confused at first but the video on how to assemble was really helpful. I don't mind the price. Feels nice and firm, the wheels roll smoothly, no squeaky noises.
Comfortable but noisy

The chair is quite comfortable and provides good support, particularly across your shoulder blades. I have found that the chair makes a bit of noise when you adjust your sitting position. I have tried tightening up all the bolts but the noise persists.
