I have to say that this has been one of the most impressive warranty claims process I have ever seen!

After registering my product this morning, I was immediately notified (expectation was set at 24hours) so promptly sent an email with my warranty request (expecting a response in a couple of days)... within a couple of hours I received an email with warranty acceptance and a link to a web form to order the replacement part! I filled the simple web form in and within minutes, received shipping confirmation that the part is now en route! Very impressive!
