Team Pago was outstanding. I had a faulty gas lift on my Matrix chair. Mike could not have been more helpful. Issue was sorted with no fuss at all. Highly recomended
within literally 2 emails I received a fantastic outcome which had been an issue for me for some time.

I had been searching for a strut for this chair online with no luck and even tried a similar J Burrows strut but it was too short. I finally found branding on the chair so I reached out to Pago and spoke to Paul @ Pago International in regards to the strut issue I was having. He asked for some photos and within literally 2 emails I received a fantastic outcome which had been an issue for me for some time. I only wish I had contacted them sooner. Paul gave me very prompt and professional replies to my emails. This is what customer service truly is. Would highly recommend them for future purchases.
