This chair promised a lot, but did not deliver. Despite multiple adjustments, I was unable to get it in a suitable, comfortable position for use for a full work day. Given the large $ and the inability to return after the chair has been built, buyer beware! Suggest buying a chair elsewhere with a more flexible return policy.

Purchased as my previous Officeworks chair was getting too worn out and tattered. This was a breeze to set up: took about 15 mins total and no tools needed other than an allen key (supplied in the box). It's very comfortable and easy to adjust. Good balance of back support and cushioning without breaking the bank

My chair is 2 years old and now the Height Lever does not work, in hat the chair is continually going to the lowest position. What can I do under warranty?
