Doesn't stay up

After 12 months of use about 2 days a week, the hydraulics started to fail, that is the chair wouldn't stay up.

If amazing customer service means something to you then just buy a Pago product. Most companies boast a good warranty but fail to back it up. I’ve been amazed how easy they’ve been to deal with, zero quibble, just a 100% old fashioned client first approach. After experiencing this first hand they’ve won me for life. Fully recommend. Plus it’s an incredibly comfy chair - I sit in it about 10 hours a day for work and really happy with the confirm and ergonomics of it.
Comfy but loud

I got this chair about a week ago and it's very comfy, I can sit on it and game all day. However it could have some more lower back support and also after owning it for a day or two it has started to make a loud clanging sound whenever I sit, stand, adjust my sitting position, or turn my chair a little.
