Immediately happy with this purchase, so I didn't have to wait a while before committing. Having had a bad episode with my lower back, my previous chair was not up to the job in supporting my back. A soon as I tried the demo, I knew this chair was perfect for me. This chair is not lacking in adjustments, and the seat back and cushions are very comfortable. The other big plus was the ease of construction; I didn't have to bolt the seat adjuster to the seat base like I had to on other chairs, just 6 bolts to secure the arms. This chair feels sturdy, and I look forwards to many years of happy, comfortable use. I highly recommend this chair.

This chair is very comfortable and looks great too. I use the chair for up to 8 hours per day and it's been one of the best I've owned. And the service from Pago is brilliant!

This chair promised a lot, but did not deliver. Despite multiple adjustments, I was unable to get it in a suitable, comfortable position for use for a full work day. Given the large $ and the inability to return after the chair has been built, buyer beware! Suggest buying a chair elsewhere with a more flexible return policy.
