The chair comes flat packed and is fairly easy to assemble. The only issue I have with the chair is that the arm rests sit a little low for my taste and can't be adjusted up and down. Otherwise it has been an excellent buy.

Purchased this at OW yesterday. Chair is great and reasonably easy to assemble, although the 5 minute assembly time was stretching it a little. You need to match all the washers and bolts correctly so check this out before you start putting it together. Also keep a check on your fingers as the bolts and washers have a coating of light grease on them and you will transfer this from your fingers to make a grubby mark to the white parts of the chair will will then need washing - keep your grubby fingers away from the fabric pars of the chair while assembling or else you will leave stains on them will will be very difficult to remove.

First off, chair looks great and is indeed very comfortable. Issues I have is the bolts seemed to be pretty difficult to fasten down, particularly the arm rests - not sure the threading is correct as they didn't want to go down straight and would deviate. Also, the bolts are rubbish, a couple of the bolts would not fit with the allen key supplied as the insert hole was too small. Long story short I ended up having to use a spanner as the allen key was useless and the bolt ended up stripping and was free spinning, not great.. Lastly, after I put it together I noticed the back rest was crooked by some degrees, after removing it and reassemblingit twice and still visibily at an angle I had I closer look at the chair bracket where it screws on, and yep the seat base has been connected when manufactured at an angle. See picture. Was excited to get this chair but ultimately not happy overall.
