I've given this a two star rating because for an Aussie made chair, by an Aussie-owned company, I expected more. The main reason for my disappointment is that no matter how many times I try to unscrew and reconfigure this, I simply cannot get the Left armrest's gap between its base and the chair, to mirror that of the Right armrest's gap between its base and the chair. Please see photos. I've tried to show both the Left and Right gap discrepancy as well as my efforts to ensure that the bases of each arm have been screwed in as far apart/away as possible from the seat. I am not sure what is going on here but I reckon its due to the armrests' screw holes being strongly oval-shaped instead of perfectly rounded which is causing the screws themselves to 'slack' out of place whilst being tightened. I think that if Pago engineered the arms with rounded screw-holes that it would take the guesswork and hassle out of not only installing the arms, but also being optimally aligned with the design of the base and backrest. Lastly, whilst this is not the end of the world, there is a small dent on the back of the chair that I am simply not happy with. Such a tough chair should not come with one, even if delivered with very little care. Please see photo.

Chair was easy and quick to put together. It's comfortable to sit in for hours at a time and encourages good posture. Lots of adjustments to get it just right. The chair comes with a 15 year warrantee if you register online, which I did twice but no confirmation email back as promised.

Bought this a few weeks ago to wfh and it's great. Easy to build, good quality and comfortable during hot days. The base is wide enough for me to cross my legs aswell. Only downside is that it is too tall for my 5"2 body so I've had to order a footrest to go with.
