I have had this chair for 4mths now. Everything on this chair adjusts for pure comfort. You would be hard pressed to find a chair with this many adjustable options. Assembly was as easy as 1,2,3, I couldn't believe just how easy it was. Quality is really good. Seat Padding is very comfortable. This chair for me would be a 10/10 if it wasn't for the MAX HEIGHT falling a little short for me. I'm 166cm tall and its border line at Max Height for me. Please Pago can you consider making any future Heavy Duty Chairs a bit higher.

What a comfortable chair. I love it. It comes with every adjustment you could wish for, making it ideal for everyone. I use this chair about 8hrs per day, and have had it 2mths. I’m 166cm tall, and use the chair at full height. I would like to be about 2cm higher. But that’s just my personal choice. I am using the chair minus the Arm Rests at present, to see how I go. Putting it together was VERY EASY! If you were an elderly person the chair seat is the heaviest piece and you may need an extra pair of hands to lift and place onto the leg base.
